隨著冠狀病毒疫情的發(fā)展,為確保認(rèn)證業(yè)務(wù)的持續(xù)有效,保障我們雙方團(tuán)隊(duì)的安全,我們將做出如下安排。
As the situation regarding the Coronavirus continues to develop, please find details of how we will continue to support your business well as secure the safety of both your and our team’s welfare.
為限制公眾暴露于潛在危險(xiǎn)下,遵照當(dāng)?shù)卣囊?,華信創(chuàng)(北京)認(rèn)證中心有限公司的辦公室將關(guān)閉至2月20日(周四)。這樣做符合中央和地方政府的要求,也符合我們的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。我們的管理人員和市場(chǎng)人員在此期間將采用遠(yuǎn)程工作。
To limit public exposure and in line with local government instructions, HXC’s Register offices will remain closed until Thursday 20th February. This follows the central and local government instructions, as well as our safety risk assessment. Our management team and where possible operational team, will however be working remotely during this period.
如果您在2月20日(星期四) 之前有任何預(yù)先確認(rèn)的認(rèn)證審核或培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目,這些安排都將取消,我們將另行與您聯(lián)系,商議協(xié)調(diào)到雙方均適當(dāng)?shù)娜掌凇?/p>
If you have any pre-arranged surveys, certification and training activities that are scheduled to occur before Thursday 20th February in mainland China, we will contact you separately to make adjustment to amutually agreed proper day.
我們計(jì)劃于2月20日(星期四)重新開放的有辦公室。然而,情況快速發(fā)展中,中央或地方政府有可能出臺(tái)進(jìn)一步的限制措施。如果有任何變化,我們會(huì)及時(shí)更新。
We plan to reopen our offices on Thursday 20th February. The situation is however developing quickly and there is a potential for further restrictions from central or local Chinese government. We will update if there are any changes.
